Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime
Go to Manager → Billing → Cancel subscription. We do not lock you in with multi-month minimums on monthly plans. On longer plans you can still cancel; see the Refund Policy for prorated refund rules.
What happens after you cancel
- The next renewal does not happen.
- The current paid period stays active until its end-date — you keep full access.
- 30 days after the paid period ends, your account moves to read-only mode and QR menus stop accepting new orders. Data is retained for another 90 days in read-only so you can export.
- After that, data is permanently deleted unless you ask us to keep it active (in which case the account is reactivated and billed).
Export your data first
Before you cancel, use Manager → Exports to download menu, orders, guests, and feedback as CSV. We also offer a full SQL backup on Pro and Apex.
Customer-side order cancellation
Customer orders placed through your QR menu can be cancelled by the kitchen or waiter from the relevant dashboard at any time before they're marked served. Refunds on cancelled paid orders go through Razorpay; we cover the gateway fee.
