1. How to cancel
Sign in → Settings → Subscription → Cancel plan. The account stays active until the end of the paid period.
2. Effect of cancellation
- QR codes stop accepting new orders.
- Staff logins are disabled.
- All data is retained read-only for 90 days so you can export.
- After 90 days, data is permanently deleted unless you re-subscribe.
3. Reservations & orders in flight
Active orders and confirmed reservations are honoured until they complete or expire. We won't cut you off mid-service.
4. Reactivation
Within 90 days, just re-subscribe and everything comes back. After 90 days, you'll need to start fresh.
5. Account deletion (irreversible)
If you want immediate deletion (skipping the 90-day grace period), email info@ketpy.com from the account owner email.
