1. Subscription refunds
If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of purchase you get a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are pro-rated for the unused portion.
Monthly plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next billing cycle.
2. Free trial
The 2-day Lite trial costs nothing. If you forget to cancel and get charged, contact us within 48 hours and we refund in full.
3. Guest order refunds
Refunds for guest orders are issued by the restaurant directly through their payment gateway (Razorpay / Stripe). Restpy doesn't hold customer funds — we don't take a cut of orders, and we can't pull refunds without owner approval.
4. How to claim
Email info@ketpy.com with your invoice number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
5. Disputes
For chargebacks initiated through your bank, please contact us first — we can usually resolve faster than the dispute process.
