How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are live in under 30 minutes. Menu upload is the longest step.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Restpy runs on any phone, tablet or PC. A cheap thermal printer (Epson TM-T82, ~₹6,000) is recommended for KOTs and receipts.
Can I import my existing menu?
Yes — CSV, Excel, or screenshot of your old menu (we OCR it). Free white-glove import for paid plans.
Operations
Does it work offline?
The customer QR menu and waiter app cache for 24 hours. Orders sync when you reconnect. Kitchen needs a stable connection.
Can I run multiple outlets?
Yes. Add outlets from Manager → Outlets. Each outlet has its own menu, staff and reports; the owner sees consolidated data.
Can I take cash + card + UPI?
Yes. Razorpay handles online (UPI, cards, wallets, netbanking). Counter cash is logged manually by reception.
Integrations
Zomato / Swiggy / Magicpin?
Yes — push their orders into Restpy via webhook so your kitchen sees one unified queue. Set up under Settings → Delivery partners.
Tally / Zoho Books?
Daily revenue + GST CSVs you can import. Direct API integration is on the roadmap.

Hit the SOS button in the dashboard. We have on-call support 11am-2am IST every day.
