Terms of Service

By using Restpy you agree to these terms. Restpy is a SaaS product operated by Ketpy (a Gepton venture), based in Gurugram, India.
1. The service
Restpy provides restaurants with QR menus, table ordering, kitchen + waiter dashboards, invoicing, and related tooling. Plans differ; the active plan on your restaurant determines which features are available.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials confidential. Two-factor auth is recommended.
- Don't use Restpy for illegal activity, spam, or to impersonate another business.
- Honour the orders your customers place through your QR menus.
3. Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you chose (monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / yearly) until you cancel.
- Payments processed by Razorpay. All amounts in INR unless otherwise stated.
- GST as applicable (18% by default) is added at invoice time.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Manager → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active until its end. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Uptime
We target 99.5% uptime month-on-month. We do not offer credits for downtime on paid plans below ₹5,000/month; for higher plans we will issue prorated credit on request when downtime in a month exceeds 0.5% (≈3.6 hours).
7. Liability
Restpy is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by Indian law, our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we will email account owners at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
