Your first Restpy menu in 10 minutes

A complete walk-through from creating your account to taking the first order — for restaurants that want to be live the same day they sign up.

Your first Restpy menu in 10 minutes

Welcome to Restpy. By the end of this article you will have a live, scannable QR menu that customers can order from. The whole process takes around ten minutes. We'll move from signup to first order without any integrations or third-party tools.

Step 1 — sign up

Open restpy.com/signup and create your account. Pick your restaurant name, city, and the number of tables. The trial is two days; no card required.

Step 2 — upload your menu

You can either type items in one-by-one or paste a CSV exported from any spreadsheet. Restpy accepts the same column format as Petpooja and Toast, so existing exports work out of the box.

Step 3 — print your QR codes

From the dashboard, head to Tables → Print QR codes. You get a printable PDF with one QR per table, sized for A6 stands. Print, laminate, place. Done.

Step 4 — take your first order

Open one of the QR codes from your phone, place a test order with table number 1, and watch it appear in the kitchen view. Congratulations — you're live.
